Information about the processing of personal data

The protection of clients' personal data is our priority. The purpose of this document is primarily to provide you with information on the manner and scope of processing of such data, as well as the rights you have in connection with their processing.

When processing personal data, we comply with applicable laws, in particular the law
No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”) and General Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data
and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “General Regulation” or “GDPR”). The General Regulation provides an updated legal framework for the protection of personal data applicable throughout the EU and lays down rules for the processing of personal data, including the rights of the data subject (only natural persons).

We collect and process your personal data if:

  • you have given consent to their processing within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (a) of the General Regulation;
  • this is necessary for the performance of a contract between you and the controller or to take action by the controller before entering into such a contract within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (b) of the General Regulation;
  • this is necessary in order to comply with the legal obligation imposed on the controller within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (c) of the General Regulation,
  • this is necessary for the legitimate interest of the controller within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (f) of the General Regulation.

The Controller collects, disposes of your personal data and is responsible for their proper and lawful processing.

WHAT DATA WE PROCESS

The following personal data are processed:

  • identification and contact details
  • data on products and contracted services
  • data on joint communication (whether in person, in writing, by telephone or otherwise);
  • payment details (e.g. payment of purchase prices or amounts owed, account number, etc.)
  • other specific data required for the provision of the agreed services

PROCESSING FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONCLUSION AND PERFORMANCE OF THE CONTRACT

The legal basis for processing your personal data, namely identification and contact data (in particular name and surname, academic title, address, e-mail address, telephone, date of birth, address of permanent residence, account number) is the fact that this processing is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract between you and the Company, including the possible resolution of the claim and the rights arising from liability for defects of the goods sold, as well as for the implementation of measures by the controller before concluding such contracts.

We process your payment data, in particular your bank account number and your credit card data in order to identify your payments.

The processing of data, such as your name and first name, address, data on the goods and services purchased and their price, is necessary, firstly, in order to expose you to account for the goods and services, and also in order to comply with the obligation to conduct business as required by law.

Therefore, the provision of your personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion of a contract with the controller and for its performance. Without their provision, it is not possible to conclude the contract or fulfill it by the administrator.

PROCESSING FOR MARKETING PURPOSES

For marketing purposes, we use a database of our existing customers, as well as a list of people who are yet to become our customers. In this list we have their name and first name, telephone number and e-mail, which we obtain from completed forms on the Company's website.

We send business messages in the form of email, via the Internet and social networks.

When it comes to sending commercial communications by e-mail to an existing customer of the Company about the same or similar products and services of the Company, this is the use of personal data for which we do not need your consent. In other cases, this data is used on the basis of your consent to the sending of commercial communications.

WHO IS THE RECIPIENT OF PERSONAL DATA

The recipients of personal data to whom the controller may, in justified cases and to the extent necessary, transfer your personal data, are in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in specific cases: data subject or client, public authorities, consultants under a service contract.

In order to ensure the purposes described above, personal data may also be processed by processors, in addition to the controller, on the basis of personal data processing contracts concluded in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

Personal data will not be transferred outside the territory of the European Union.


DATA PROCESSING TIME

Personal data are processed and stored for a period of time strictly necessary to achieve the purpose of their processing, in particular for the period during which the data subject is a client of the controller, and subsequently for a period of 5 years after he ceases to be such, or for a period stipulated by law.

After this period, the controller will dispose of your personal data, unless it is authorized or obliged to process such data on the basis of another legal title. Your personal data will also be processed by the controller for the duration of any legal disputes. Documents containing your personal data will be archived by the Administrator for the prescribed period in cases where this is required by law.


RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

Your rights in relation to data processing include:

  • the right to request access the personal data we process about you and the provision of copies of the processed personal data

  • the right to restrict processing: Restriction of processing means that the controller marks personal data for which processing has been restricted and does not process them for the duration of the restriction, except for their storage. The data subject has the right to restrict processing if
  • denies the accuracy of the personal data, for the period necessary for the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data
  • the processing is unlawful and the data subject refuses the erasure of the personal data and requests instead the restriction of their use
  • the controller does not need the personal data for the purposes of processing, but the data subject requires it for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims
  • object to the processing set out below until it is verified that the controller's legitimate grounds for processing outweigh the interests of the data subject or his rights and freedoms;
  • right to erasure personal data, in particular where the data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected, if consent to their processing has been withdrawn, or if the data have been processed unlawfully. However, the right to erasure does not apply, for example, if the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
  • the right to portability data: The data subject may request that the personal data be provided for the purpose of transferring it to another controller, or that the controller itself transfers it to another controller.
  • the right to lodge a complaint at the Office for Personal Data Protection: Ppl. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, www.uoou.cz., if the data subject considers that the processing of personal data violates the legislation on the protection of personal data. He may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority at his place of habitual residence.
  • the right to withdraw consent: Withdrawal of consent to the processing of data can be made in writing (in paper or electronic form) at the address of the controller mentioned above. You can quickly and easily unsubscribe from business communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in each such communication. However, the withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out on the basis of previously granted consent prior to its withdrawal by you.
  • the right to object: If the client's personal data is processed for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller or someone else, the data subject has the right to object to such processing at any time. An objection may be raised by the data subject at the address of the controller's registered office. If such an objection is raised, the controller will be entitled to continue such processing only if we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing.

We collect some data automatically with your consent, for example by using cookies when you visit our website. Cookies help to recognize the user's device and make it easier to log in to the site and use it. Thanks to them, we get feedback about the pages you visit, so we can assess the effectiveness of our site and continue to improve and customize it for you. Cookies are used to improve the functioning of the website, to evaluate its traffic and to better target marketing activities.
