We are pleased to announce that the development company VIVERE Real Estate successfully obtained a building permit for her new project ECOVILLA in the Prague district of Uhříněves.
It is a chambered boutique apartment building with 25 apartments, one studio and a doctor's office, which will be created in a quiet Bečovská street. The project is aimed at young families, individuals and investors who are looking for quality and sustainable housing with excellent accessibility to the center of Prague.
Obtaining a building permit is always one of the most difficult stages in the preparation of an entire project. We are all the more pleased that we have successfully passed this stage and can prepare with full dedication for the start of construction, which we plan very soon.
